In today's busy and intense world it can be a challenge to find and fit in our time to reconnect with ourselves and each other, as a family. Many of us may even feel especially disconnected, divided, upset and even traumatized in making sense of and feeling our way through recent world events and political shifts.

In this experiential workshop and therapeutic dialogue between Marriage and Family Therapist and homeschooling Dad, George Castro and the Yoga Muse, homeschooling mom, Laura Jane- you will discover simple, solution-based, practical ideas to bring into everyday life at home with the kids. Learn to relax, reconnect, build empathy and embrace diversity, while playfully rebuilding your relationships and connections. Together we will strengthen our approaches toward dealing more effectively with feelings, and empower you and your family with refreshing your recharge resources.
